Welcome! This is the privacy statement of BedrijfsFitnessOnline, located at (2353 EW) Elisabethhof 19, in Leiderdorp (hereinafter: “GO-VITAL“, “BFO“, “ we“, “we” or “us“). GO-VITAL takes the privacy of its Customers, Partners and Participants very seriously. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (‘AVG‘), GO-VITAL handles your personal data with care. That is why we are happy to explain the role and the way in which GO-VITAL collects and uses data on its Platform or otherwise.

Definitions
Subscription: subscription for use of a Partner’s Vitality Offering that a Participant concludes via the Platform on the basis of the Customer’s Agreement.
Participant: an employee or member of the Customer, or a tenured associate of an employee or member of the Customer who can obtain a Subscription through the Customer.
Customer: a company or membership organization that concludes an Agreement on behalf of its employees or members.
Customer Account: Client’s overview page on the Platform, which is accessible after registration and after the Customer has logged in to the Platform.
Agreement: the agreement between GO-VITAL and the Customer with regard to the Customer’s use of the services of GO-VITAL, including the Platform, and which entitles the Customer or the Participants to a group discount on Subscriptions concluded via the Platform for the Vitality Offer of our Partners, including any written amendments thereto.
Partner: a gym/club affiliated with GO-VITAL or other provider of vitality services that offers Subscription(s) via the Platform.
Platform: GO-VITAL, the online portal, available via www.bedrijfsfitnessonline.nl and /or www.go-vital.nl, or the GO-VITAL mobile application.
What does GO-VITAL do?
GO-VITAL offers Partners the opportunity to make their vitality offer available to Customers and Participants on its Platform. On the Platform, Customers can sign up to receive a group discount on Participant Subscriptions. Participants can then register via the Platform with one or more of the Partners affiliated with GO-VITAL to take out a Participant Subscription.
What personal data do we process?
This Privacy Statement provides information about the processing of personal data of Customers, Partners, Participants and other visitors to the Platform. We also place cookies (if necessary after your permission). More information about this can be found in our Cookie Policy.
We process, among other things, the following personal data of Partners, Customers and Participants:
- personal and business (contact) data (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, company name and position);
- the content of your communication with us, for example when you approach us by e-mail, telephone, via social media or otherwise or when you request a brochure via the Platform or fill in a GO-VITAL lead card or the contact form;

- duration and time of the visit of the Platform;
- use of social media.
What do we process personal data for?
We collect your personal data for the purpose of our services, in the context of making the vitality offer of various Partners available to Customers and Participants. The personal data of Partners, Customers and Participants is processed for the following purposes:
- enable Participants and Customers to make use of Partners’ vitality offerings (with a discount);
- administrative purposes;
- providing information;
- assessing a job application;
- improve the service or other business purposes;
- marketing purposes;
The personal data of other visitors to the Platform are processed for the following purposes:
- compiling user statistics;
- securing and improving our Platform;
- improve our services.
Basis of processing
In order to be allowed to process your data, the processing must be based on one of the principles of the GDPR. In the case of GO-VITAL this is – depending on the specific personal data – on the basis of an agreement, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or permission. If you do not provide certain personal data, you may not be able to use the Platform and/or the vitality offer of one of the Partners or you may not be able to experience all the functionalities of the Platform.
For the possible conclusion of an agreement: for the execution of certain agreements, GO-VITAL will have to process your data. Examples of this are the processing of personal data in connection with the execution of an agreement between the Partner, Customer and/or Participant and GO-VITAL; and processing personal data in connection with the collection of payments.
For our legitimate business interests: we use your personal data to improve our services and to better understand and target our Platform visitors, both on an aggregated and individual level. to approach. In addition, we use personal data for statistical and research purposes or for marketing purposes, to inform our existing customers about services or special promotions of GO-VITAL that may be of interest.

Sharing personal data
Only authorized employees within GO-VITAL have access to your personal data insofar as this is necessary in the context of the performance of their work at GO-VITAL.
Via the GO-VITAL platform, live video calling sessions can also be held with a coach. GO-VITAL uses the TheONE Platform of Lookalong B.V. for this. The coach is independently responsible for the processing of personal data collected during a session. GO-VITAL has entered into a partnership with Lookalong B.V. concluded a (processor) agreement.
GO-VITAL may share your personal data insofar as this is necessary for the realization of purposes as described in this Privacy statement, for example sharing data of Customers and Participants with our Partners so that Customers and Participants can make use of the vitality offer. Your personal data may also be part of the transaction in the event of a merger or acquisition.
GO-VITAL may disclose your personal data to public authorities if this is necessary in the context of applicable legal obligations. GO-VITAL can also provide your personal data to third parties to support the performance of its tasks. Written agreements are made with these third parties about the processing and security of personal data.
In addition, we will not disclose the personal data you provide to us to third parties without your express prior consent.
Transfer of personal data
Unless otherwise stated, we process and store your personal data in the European Union.
