THE MIND: Everything begins and ends in the mind. Our number one goal is to ensure the highest quality and the purest form of positivity with the mind/body connection is bridged through our trainers, staff and facilities.
THE BODY: The body responds based on what the mind feeds it. The body is a direct reflection of how the mind expresses it’s intentions. Our goal at AMAFITNESS is to ensure the body is tested and build with endurance and stamina. All of our trainers are experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself from the inside out.
THE SOUL: At AMAFITNESS we have formulated the best methods on incorporating meditation to connect your spirituality on a higher level. This training is designed to help you establish a strong foundation for your overall well being that is irreplaceable.

In our studio we have two rooms specifically assigned for group classes. On the ground floor is the Black Box for our High intensity interval classes and on the first floor we have the White Room for low impact classes like yoga, Body Balance and pilates.
Once you've visited our studio you will feel the difference in energy between the two and you'll most likely see how the Black Box and the White Room, as two opposites, make a whole.
GOLD: €79,- per 4 weeks for 52 weeks
