Recipe: Smoothie Bowl Pina Colada

A healthy taste explosion for an energetic morning? Preparation time: 10 minutes

What do you need?

A blender…

100 grams frozen bananahalf banana
150 grams frozen pineapple2 teaspoons grated coconut
100 grams low-fat cottage cheese (coconut or natural)Seeds of your choice
100 ml almond milk or coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (banana/vanilla)

This is how you prepare it!

Step 1: Place the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, cottage cheese, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour your smoothie into a bowl;

Step 2: Top with half a banana, grated coconut and possibly some seeds.
