| 100 grams frozen banana | half banana |
| 150 grams frozen pineapple | 2 teaspoons grated coconut |
| 100 grams low-fat cottage cheese (coconut or natural) | Seeds of your choice |
| 100 ml almond milk or coconut milk | |
| 1 scoop protein powder (banana/vanilla) |
This is how you prepare it!
Step 1: Place the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, cottage cheese, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour your smoothie into a bowl;
Step 2: Top with half a banana, grated coconut and possibly some seeds.
