What do you need?
A microwave and a microwave-safe bowl…

| 1 apple | 15 grams of raisins |
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon | 1 scoop protein powder |
| 50-100 grams of oatmeal | seeds and nuts |
| 100-200 ml almond milk (ratio 1:2) |
That’s how you prepare it!
Step 1: Heat the apple with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in the microwave for 2-3 minutes;
Step 2: Then mix the oatmeal and almond milk with the apple. You can also choose to add another scoop of protein powder here. Then heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes;
Step 3: Sprinkle the other half of the apple and cinnamon over the whole. You can also choose to sprinkle seeds, nuts and/or raisins over it.
Tip: You can also eat this dish cold. Prepare this dish the night before you eat it. You go through the same steps, except you don’t use a microwave. You add everything together and put it in a sealable container in your fridge for at least 6 hours. In the morning, add the toppings.
