Recipe: Banana pancakes

That’s how you prepare it!

Step 1: Mash the bananas with a fork in the mixing bowl;

Step 2: Add the eggs together with the salt, cinnamon, and baking powder to the banana in the mixing bowl. Mix with the whisk to a batter;

Step 3: Heat a dash of sunflower oil in the frying pan over medium heat;

Step 4: Spoon the batter into the frying pan. You can turn the pancake over with the spatula when bubbles form in the batter;

Step 5: After flipping the pancake, bake for another 1-2 minutes;

Step 6: Serve with maple syrup, honey, or powdered sugar and blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries.
