Recipe: Avocado toast with egg

What do you need?

A frying pan and a toaster…

2 wholemeal sandwichesarugula
1 ready-to-eat avocado1 teaspoon pesto
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

That’s how you prepare it!

Step 1: Put the wholemeal sandwiches in the toaster and make crispy toast;

Step 2: Boil the egg to your liking;

Step 3: Meanwhile cut the avocado into slices or crush it into a spreadable substance and add some salt and pepper to taste;

Step 4: Cut your egg into slices and top the toast with the avocado and the egg;

Step 5: Add some arugula and/or pesto for extra flavor.
