Subscription conditions

You can register via Go-Vital to take out a subscription at a discount for the use of the vitality offer of our partners (“Subscription”). This is only possible if your employer or association has concluded a contract with Go-Vital. You will receive an e-mail with a registration link.

To be able to use the vitality offer, you must agree to the rates, and any house rules, general terms and conditions, and privacy statement of the partner(s) you have selected. This information is available on the Go-Vital platform. Go-Vital will charge a one-time €7.95 administration fee for your registration. Depending on your arrangement with your employer, either your employer will pay these costs or the partner selected by you will charge them to you.

With a Subscription, you can use the vitality offer during the regular opening hours of the partner in question.

Use of this platform and the vitality offerings of our partners is always at your own risk.

You will ensure timely and full payment of the costs for the Subscription (unless your employer or association bears these costs in full). The partner selected by you may change the rates specified after 12 months and pass them on at the next renewal, provided that the partner has made this rate change known via the Go-Vital platform at least 2 months before the start date of the new rates.

You guarantee that all information you provide to Go-Vital is correct, current, and complete.

You are responsible for all activities that take place under your participant account. It is not allowed to give third parties access to your login details.

We may terminate your participant account, for example in the event of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or changes in applicable law.

If you leave your company or cancel your membership, you can no longer claim a discount on a partner’s vitality offer after the end of your Subscription. If you want to continue using a partner’s vitality subscription, you can, for example, take out a new subscription directly with the partner.
